At InertialMetrics, we are a young and dynamic engineering startup that emerged from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Concepción. Our mission is to transform industry through packable solutions and cutting-edge technologies that solve complex industrial operation problems.
Specialized in IoT, advanced sensorization, Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, and advanced manufacturing, we stand out for a disruptive approach oriented toward tangible and measurable results. CEO & Founder
Luciano leads the strategic and commercial vision of InertialMetrics. With a strong engineering background and a passion for applied innovation, he has driven the development of our flagship products and the consolidation of key partnerships in the mining, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Luciano is responsible for structuring the company's value proposition and positioning our solutions in national and international markets.

Enrique Nusdel
COO
Enrique manages the integral operations of the company, ensuring excellence in technical execution, product milestone delivery, and operational continuity. His role encompasses institutional partnerships, commercial management, and investment strategy, guaranteeing that every initiative aligns with our growth and sustainability objectives. Enrique is the bridge between technology and business.

Ignacio Vargas
CTO
Ignacio leads the technological architecture of InertialMetrics. A full-stack engineer with 8+ years of experience across embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, and platform development, he drives the end-to-end design of our Industrial IoT platform: from firmware and custom Linux OS to cloud backend, web dashboards, and infrastructure-as-code. He operates at every layer of the stack — from bare-metal microcontrollers to distributed cloud services — with a strong ownership mindset and hands-on execution from concept to production.

Hardware Team
Designs and develops robust electronic systems for industrial environments. Responsible for sensor architecture, data acquisition modules, signal conditioning, and embedded devices that operate with precision under extreme conditions. Their work is the physical foundation of every solution.
Firmware Team
Programs and optimizes the embedded code running on our devices. Ensures reliable operation, low power consumption, robust communications, and real-time response. They design edge architectures that allow our systems to function even with limited connectivity.
Artificial Intelligence Team
Develops machine learning and deep learning models for anomaly detection, failure prediction, and operational behavior analysis. They use transfer learning and unsupervised techniques to accelerate deployments without requiring large volumes of labeled historical data. They are experts in model validation and ensure every AI decision is interpretable and reliable in operation.
Cloud Computing Team
Builds scalable, secure, and resilient IoT platforms. Responsible for APIs, storage, distributed processing, access control, and cloud observability. They design architectures that consolidate data from multiple sites, maintain full traceability, and guarantee operational continuity even in partial failure scenarios.
Platform Team
Integrates all technology layers into cohesive solutions. Responsible for end-to-end architecture (hardware → firmware → cloud → AI), ensuring every component communicates correctly and functions as a unified system. They are the guardians of modularity, scalability, and operational reliability.
Predictive Maintenance Team
Specialists in condition analysis, machinery diagnostics, and maintenance strategy optimization. They translate technical data into health indicators, actionable alerts, and plant recommendations. They work with our AI and firmware teams to validate models in real context, ensuring predictions translate into concrete operational value.
